Specimen Delivery and Requirements
Glass slides, paraffin blocks and wet tissue should be directed to the address below with an accompanying cover letter and billing information.
Muscle and nerve specimens should be submitted following specific instructions.
Muscle and nerve biopsy specimens are accepted for processing Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Samples submitted outside of these hours will not be processed.
Neuropathology samples are most efficiently processed if mailed to the address indicated below or delivered by courier. The samples should be brought directly to neuropathology, NOT to surgical pathology.
